The Ninja Slushi Twist is back on sale, this time in four colours inspired by the cult-classic Practical Magic franchise. The relaunch arrives less than a month before the release of Practical Magic 2.
When Ninja first launched the hefty machine in May, it sold out on the brand’s website in under two hours. The company is now offering the same device again, with a themed twist tied to the film’s main characters, the Owens sisters.
Four bewitching colour options
The Ninja Slushi Twist is available in potion purple, midnight margarita, bewitching blue and moon stone. Aside from the new colours, no other changes have been made to the popular machine, and even the box carries Practical Magic branding.
The device works essentially like two Ninja Slushi machines in one. It features two separate sides, each holding 48 ounces of liquid, and together they can produce up to 72 ounces of frozen drinks, since the liquid expands as it freezes.
How the Slushi Twist works
A Dual Slush Assist button allows both sides to begin mixing and freezing at the same time, though a single side can be used on its own if preferred. Two levers let you enjoy both flavours at once or one at a time, depending on your preference.
The machine performs well at slushie-making, provided that sugar or alcohol is added to the mix to help the liquid freeze. Since its launch, it has become a regular feature at birthday parties and family gatherings.
The Ninja Slushi Twist sells for around £300 and is now available in all four themed colours.
