Google is preparing to unveil a range of new Pixel devices on 12th August, with the highly anticipated Pixel 11 lineup expected to headline the showcase. A series of leaks in the run-up to the event suggests the new phones will arrive in an array of colours, while indications point to a built-in light coming to the Pro models.
Teasers from Google also suggest the company will introduce a next-generation Pixel Fold, alongside a Pixel Watch 5 available in four different finishes. There are also signs that a new Pixel Tag tracker could join the roster of hardware set to be revealed.

Google may lift the lid on its new devices well ahead of its Made by Google livestream. On Google’s website, the countdown for preorders ends on 12th August at 10AM ET, eight hours before the event begins at 6PM ET. This staggered timing means shoppers could see details of the hardware before the main presentation gets under way.
Who is hosting the event
Comedian Trevor Noah will host this year’s show, which is set to feature a line-up of notable guests. Among those expected to appear are NBA star Stephen Curry, podcaster Alex Cooper, Indian cricketer Shubman Gill and Japanese actress Ayami Nakajo.
The focus of the event is firmly on Google’s Pixel ecosystem, spanning smartphones, foldables, wearables and tracking accessories. With multiple product categories rumoured to be part of the announcement, the launch is shaping up to be one of Google’s broadest hardware showcases.
