PS Plus subscribers are receiving a varied September 2026 lineup, blending action, fantasy and a handful of quirkier titles across the service. The month arrives amid a busy release calendar that already includes Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Star Wars Zero Company and Marvel’s Wolverine, with weekly launches expected to continue until 19 November, when Grand Theft Auto 6 arrives.
Sony’s PS Plus service is its answer to Xbox Game Pass, offering a large and continually expanding library of games. Subscribers can select from the Essential, Extra and Premium tiers, each with its own perks and benefits. Plans start at roughly £9 per month and provide access to games and rewards, with a selection of new titles added at no additional charge each month.

Survival, Wrestling and Roguelite Action
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is set on the forgotten continent of Ashenfall and casts players into a cooperative survival RPG. Players must gather resources, craft gear, build shelters and develop their skills to endure a land filled with dangerous creatures. The adventure combines classic RuneScape lore with survival mechanics and a new fantasy setting, allowing players to unlock abilities and spells as they progress. Quests lead through a hand-crafted world of familiar enemies and fresh threats, culminating in a confrontation with the fearsome Dragon Queen. The title is available to PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers on Tuesday.
WWE 2K26 places hundreds of WWE Superstars and legends at your fingertips, combining wrestling simulation with numerous ways to play out your own version of WWE history. The roster spans modern stars alongside icons from the Attitude Era, while Showcase mode focuses on CM Punk and explores alternate versions of his career. Players can also rewrite wrestling history through fantasy scenarios, revisiting famous rivalries and imagining different outcomes. It is a wrestling game built around both authenticity and fan-driven fantasy, and is available to Extra and Premium subscribers on Tuesday.
Ball x Pit unfolds in a ruined city with a bottomless pit and an army of monsters, forming the backdrop for a fast-paced fantasy roguelite centred on frantic combat and progression. Players descend through increasingly difficult levels while using magic-infused projectiles to battle enemies and overcome obstacles. Between runs, they can develop new ammunition and resources, recruit additional heroes and work toward rebuilding the destroyed city of New Ballbylon. Its arcade-style action, randomised challenges and character progression give each attempt a different feel. The title becomes available to Extra and Premium subscribers from 22 September.
