Nothing Headphone (1) Pro is reportedly set to launch later this month, arriving as a higher-tier addition to the company’s over-ear range following the more affordable model released earlier this year.
According to reports, the new headphones are due to go on sale on 29 September, priced at around £295 (€349). That figure sits roughly £75 above the existing Headphone (1), positioning the Pro model as the premium option in the line-up.
What the Headphone (1) Pro is said to offer
The reported specifications point to 60 hours of battery life, a reduction from the 80 hours available on the standard Headphone (1) and the 135 hours offered by the Headphone (a). Despite the lower stamina, the Pro release is said to introduce several notable upgrades.
Among them is Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity, alongside a total of 10 microphones dedicated to active noise cancellation. The build is also reported to move to an aluminium construction, marking a step up in materials over the existing model.
Audio tuning and driver setup
Audio performance appears to be a key focus for the Pro variant. Tuning is reportedly being handled by Metropolis Studios, a music company based in Europe. The headphones are also said to feature a triple-driver system, suggesting a more sophisticated approach to sound reproduction than the standard release.
