Motorola is preparing to unveil a new Swarovski-encrusted Razr, extending a line of crystal-adorned foldables that began last year. The company has started teasing the device and confirmed it will become official during IFA in Berlin in early September 2026.
A short teaser video shared by Motorola shows the back of a Razr, pointing towards the Razr 70 as the model receiving the sparkling treatment. The Razr 60 was the handset to gain a Swarovski edition last year, making the newer model the logical candidate for this refreshed design.
A growing Swarovski line-up
Motorola introduced blinged-up Swarovski versions of the Razr 60 and Edge 70 last year, then followed with the Signature edition a few months later. The forthcoming model continues that strategy, pairing the brand’s crystal detailing with one of its foldable handsets. The teaser, captioned with a reference to sparkling brilliance, offered only a glimpse of the rear panel ahead of the full reveal.
Razr 70 specifications
The Razr 70 features a 6.9-inch foldable LTPO OLED display with 1080×2640 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000-nit peak brightness. Power comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 7450X chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB or 512GB.
On the imaging side, the handset carries a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP ultrawide and a 32MP selfie camera. A 4,800 mAh battery keeps it running, with support for 30W wired and 15W wireless charging. The device ships with Android 16.
The Swarovski edition of the Razr will be made official during IFA in Berlin in early September 2026.
