The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are now the subject of new offers from two mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), giving buyers alternative ways to pick up Apple’s latest handsets alongside a monthly service plan.
Boost Mobile, once acquired by Dish Network along with its nine million subscribers, had aimed to become the fourth facilities-based mobile carrier in the United States with a standalone 5G network. That plan, which involved spending around £8 billion to compete with T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T, did not come to fruition. EchoStar, which had taken over Dish, later sold its wireless spectrum to AT&T and SpaceX. As a result, Boost now operates as a hybrid MVNO, running its own cloud-native 5G core while relying on AT&T’s towers and antennas.
Boost Mobile deals for the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max
Boost Mobile has confirmed its pricing for the two new devices. Customers willing to port over an existing phone number can take up to £160 off the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max when they sign up to the Unlimited Premium plan at roughly £48 per month.
Existing Boost customers, or those who prefer not to transfer their number, can claim up to £80 off either model, again by subscribing to the same Unlimited Premium plan. Both devices become available to purchase and order from Boost on Friday, 18 September.
Boost is also offering a deal on the iPhone 16e. Customers who prepay two months of the Unlimited Premium plan can buy the 2024 model at a reduced price of about £40, down from its usual figure of roughly £480. According to Boost, plans start at around £20 per month with a rate locked in permanently.
Red Pocket Mobile opens pre-orders
Red Pocket Mobile has also announced offers on the same day. The operator provides wireless service across all three major US networks, namely Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, meaning the iPhone handsets it sells arrive unlocked.
The iPhone 18 Pro with 256GB of storage is priced at approximately £960, with weekly payment options from around £44 through Katapult. The iPhone 18 Pro Max, also with 256GB of storage, is priced at about £1,040, or from roughly £48 per week via the same financing option. Both handsets are set for release on Friday, 18 September.
Red Pocket will accept pre-orders for the iPhone Duo on Friday, 16 October, with availability beginning on 23 October. The Apple Watch Series 12 range will also be offered by the operator.
