The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max has surfaced on Geekbench ahead of its official launch, revealing the performance of Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O3 chip. Listed under the model number M367FC, the flagship Android tablet posted 3,471 points in the single-core test and 13,229 points in the multi-core test.
The benchmark run was conducted using Geekbench 6, offering an early indication of just how capable the Xring O3 proves to be. The single-core result sits slightly below the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the multi-core figure comes in roughly 15 to 20% higher than that rival silicon.
Inside the Xring O3 chip
Xiaomi’s own processor is built around a 10-core CPU configuration. Two cores run at 4.36GHz, alongside four units operating at 3.69GHz and a further four clocked at 3.15GHz. The tablet used for the test was equipped with 16GB of RAM and ran Android 17, pointing to a modern software foundation for the device.
Three tablets in the Pad 9 range
Xiaomi is expected to launch three members of the Pad 9 series. The line-up begins with an 11.2-inch vanilla Pad 9 model, followed by a 12.5-inch Pad 9 Pro. Topping the range is the 13.3-inch Pad 9 Pro Max, which is the model that appeared in the leaked benchmark listing.
The appearance of these figures suggests the launch is drawing near, with the Xring O3 positioned as the centrepiece of Xiaomi’s next high-end tablet effort. The 13.3-inch Pad 9 Pro Max carries the largest display of the trio and pairs it with the brand’s most powerful chip to date.
