Luca Maestri is no longer managing Apple‘s Corporate Services division, marking another shift in the company’s executive line-up as leadership responsibilities are reshuffled.
Maestri previously served as chief financial officer at Apple under Tim Cook. At the end of 2024, he moved into a new role as Vice President of Corporate Services, taking on responsibility for that area of the business.
A change in portfolio
Maestri has now stepped away from his Corporate Services position within the past few weeks. Despite the departure from that specific role, he has not left Apple entirely and remains on the company’s payroll.
The move forms part of a wider set of executive changes at Apple, with Ternus taking on greater responsibility across the organisation.
Continued presence at Apple
While Maestri’s day-to-day duties have shifted, his ongoing status as an employee indicates the reshuffle is a reallocation of responsibilities rather than an exit from the company.
Maestri remains on Apple’s payroll following his departure from the Corporate Services position.
