Apple to Launch Seven or More New Products This October

Apple to Launch Seven or More New Products This October - Apple October product launch
Apple is set to release more than seven new products in October 2026, spanning the Mac, Apple Home and iPad lines, plus the newly unveiled iPhone Duo.

Apple is preparing one of its busiest release periods of the year, with more than seven new products reportedly set to arrive throughout October 2026. The iPhone Duo was unveiled earlier this week but will not begin shipping until next month, and it is expected to be joined by a wide range of new hardware spanning the Mac, Apple Home, and iPad lines.

The Mac has already seen a productive year. The MacBook Neo, the M5 MacBook Air, and the high-end M5 MacBook Pro models arrived in the spring, followed more recently by refreshed Mac mini and Mac Studio machines. October is expected to add three further models to that list.

Three New Macs, Including a Touchscreen MacBook

Among the most significant additions is what would be Apple’s first ever touchscreen MacBook. The high-end MacBook Pro, potentially branded as a MacBook Ultra, is rumoured to feature an all-new design incorporating touch input and an OLED display.

Alongside it, an M6 MacBook Pro is expected to update the 14-inch base model, while an M6 iMac is rumoured to bring a more powerful chip and new colour options.

Apple’s long-anticipated overhaul of its Apple Home lineup did not appear at this week’s event, placing October as the new expected launch window. These upgrades are reported to centre on Siri AI and other Apple Intelligence features that will be exclusive to new hardware.

The rumoured Home products include a new Apple TV 4K with an A19 or A19 Pro chip, Siri AI support, and a new Siri Remote. A device referred to as the HomePad, or HomePod Touch, is expected to serve as a home hub with a built-in touchscreen. A second-generation HomePod mini is anticipated with a more powerful chip and audio improvements, and a refreshed full-size HomePod 3 with Siri AI support may also debut.

iPad mini With OLED Display Expected This Autumn

An upgraded iPad mini is reported to be launching this autumn, featuring an OLED display and either an A19 Pro or A20 Pro chip. The base iPad is also due for an update, expected to move to an A18 chip to enable Apple Intelligence, though that model may not arrive until early 2027.

The scale of the October rollout would make it one of Apple’s most substantial single-month launch periods in recent years, covering computers, home devices, and tablets in quick succession. The iPhone Duo, revealed this week, is set to be the first of these products to reach customers when shipping begins next month.

Among accessories currently available, the AirPods Pro 3 are priced at around £150, reduced from approximately £185.
