The indications stem from code references to two unreleased devices, each with a notably different set of features. These references surfaced within code that was briefly included in macOS 26.7, hinting at a potential expansion of Apple’s gaming ambitions.

Two controllers were identified in the code, listed under the internal designations “T6502” and “T1057”. The two labels correspond to separate products, each carrying its own distinct feature set. Beyond these identifiers, the specific capabilities of each controller have not been detailed.
